Good Afternoon World!
So I guess for my very first post, I am going to outline what I am doing right now.
My husband and I have decided that we are going to try to start having children. We eat pretty well, but we have decided that in order to help we are going to be attempting the “Eating Clean” diet. If you haven’t heard of this, here is a very simple definition of Eating Clean.
Clean Eating is about consuming foods that are in their natural state. An example of this would be to eat home cooked chicken nuggets rather than getting them at a fast food place. While participating in clean eating we are going to try to eat only whole grains and avoid processed foods.
I do not know how this will all go because we love food and love to eat, but I am excited about giving it a try.
I am going to sort of journal what I experience in the process of converting to a clean eater. Before we jump on this bandwagon, we have decided to eat the food that we have already bought, and to only buy whole food products from now on…
Sounds easy right….ummm I am not so sure, but we will never know until we try.
