Good Afternoon Everyone!
I hope you are hungry! This meal turned out perfectly, and really hit the spot on a chilly and rainy day. I hope you like it!
What you will need:
1 package of Italian Sausage (I got a bulk package at Costco, but you will need about 1-2 LBS), remove the casing
1 TBSP Ginger Powder
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Garlic Salt
1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped coarsely
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
Organic Garofalo Penne Rigate Pasta
1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic and Onions
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine sausage, onions, Worcestershire, and all seasonings. Cook until meat is a even brown and onions are translucent. Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Reduce heat to simmer, cover.
In a separate pot, bring water to boil and cook pasta according to package suggestions, drain water. Pour pasta into the meat mixture, stir well, evenly top with cheese. Replace cover.
Let the dish lightly simmer until the cheese is melted. Serve!
